Nanodigmbio@2019 Sequencing Technology and Application Summit

On June 21-23, 2019, the "2019 Sequencing Technology and Application Summit" hosted by MGI was held in Beijing. More than 200 experts and scholars in genomics participated in the conference, sharing latest discoveries and exploring sequencing industry standards. At this conference, MGI released the “MGI Techdocs: White Paper 2019” globally, highlighting industry innovations in high-throughput sequencing. 

Nanodigmbio, as a strategic cooperation partner with MGI, presented at Innovation Center Section. Product Director Dr. Kui Li illustrated Nanodigmbio's upgraded targeted capture solution on MGI platforms. The upgraded solution has been overall optimized in both library preparation and targeted capture steps. The upgraded version is suited to a variety of sample types such as gDNA, FFPE DNA, and cell-free DNA, and can be incorporated with adapters with molecular identifiers to promote low-frequency mutation analysis.
